After setting a high standard with SC Women In Tech 2020, we faced the challenge of finding a fresh approach to promoting the mentorship program online for 2021. Focusing on the theme of self-doubt and aligning it with the theme for International Women’s Day 2021, we crafted the #SheStandsToChallenge campaign. This campaign inspired new female business owners to apply for the program through the stories of our winner founders from previous cohorts.
